Shipping Policy


At Fitness Express Gym and Sports we offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US for all products. Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 5-8 business days. Delivery time within the United Stated is 9-12 business days. We do not ship items to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Your transit time and carrier may vary. Some products are shipped in separate packages and may have different arrival times.

Taxes on Shipping: 
We do not charge taxes on shipping. 

Taxes regarding product sales: 
We charge taxes, but only for a few states. Let us explain, we are sales tax-free for 44 out of 48 US States. There are 4 states in which we are required to collect sales tax for because we either have a physical location, dropshipper, or nexus located in those states. Moreover, the states we collect sales tax for are Wyoming, and, New York, Illinois and California.

We are 100% sales tax-free for all states other than the 4 states listed above, ALL OTHER STATES ARE FREE FROM SALES TAX. We do no ship to Alaska and Hawaii, as such this does not apply.

Fitness Express is dedicated to ensuring that the thousands of products we carry are in stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply and we fall short. Backordered items are still available for purchase online and will ship as soon as they become available.

If an item is backordered, we try to be as clear and accurate as we can on the item´s product page to give you estimated delivery dates. Items that are currently backordered are listed on the product page with an “Expected to ship on (Date)” near the item description area and can sometimes be added on your order´s email confirmation link. Please be aware that delivery dates on backordered items are approximate and subject to change.

Please note the following:
Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available. Order's that have a PO Box listed as the shipping address and request FEDEX/UPS expedited will be sent USPS priority mail.  Fedex & UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International addresses is currently not available. .

*Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, chances of your delivery getting delayed are low. We will appreciate your patience during those times.

Shipping Address Modification

We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, as such, after 12 p.m. EST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Tracking Your Order
You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information within a reasonable after you place your order.Your package status can be tracked on the official logistics website.
FedEx: and UPS: These are our official logistics carriers, we will let you know if your shipment is with another carrier. 

Cancellations & Refunds:
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
